Why we started

Mission Ready Claims is owned by veterans. We started it for the veteran who has never filed, or who gave up after one denial, because nobody explained which piece of evidence the rating criteria were asking for. That explanation is what we offer.

What a case review with us covers

• How the VA rates each of your conditions, using the actual language of the rating schedule
• Where your current records fall short of the level you believe you’re at
• What the C&P examiner will measure, so the exam reflects your real limits
• What your decision letter says, and which review lane fits if you disagree

How it works

Everything happens by phone or video. A veteran in a small Northwoods town gets the same conversation as one in Milwaukee. The case review is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.

How we hold ourselves to account

• We point to free help when it fits. Every Wisconsin county has a veterans service office, and accredited service organizations like the American Legion, DAV and VFW file claims at no cost. If one of those is the better route for you, we’ll tell you.
• We don’t promise outcomes. Only the VA decides a claim. Be careful with anyone who promises you a specific rating or dollar figure.
• We keep your information tight. This website never asks for your Social Security number or VA file number.
• We check our work. The guides on this site quote the rating schedule directly and are reviewed against current regulations.

Not part of the VA

We are a private company with no connection to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, any VA medical center, the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs or any county veterans service office. We are not accredited by the VA, and we do not prepare, file or represent you on a claim. You file your own claim, or an accredited representative files it with you. You can always file on your own for free at VA.gov.
